Baseball Manitoba's Female High Performance Program provides advanced training and competitive opportunities for female athletes across the province. The program features multiple Provincial Teams that participate in development camps, training sessions, exhibition play, and Western or National Championships each summer.
The program is designed to support long-term athlete development and offer a pathway from 14U development to national-level competition.
Details for the 2026 season - including tryout dates, rosters, and coaching staffs - will be updated throughout the year.
The Women's Team provides opportunities for experienced athletes to continue competing at a high level and operates in conjunction with the 19U Women's Team. The two groups train together throughout the summer before separating for their respective national events.

The 16U Girls Team is a key stage in the female high performance pathway. Athletes continue their development while learning how to compete at the national level.

The 14U Girls Team introduces young athletes to the female high performance program. The focus is on developing strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, and confidence to prepare athletes for the next stage in the pathway.
