Becoming a registered coach in Manitoba is simple, but there are a few important steps to follow. All coaches must register through their local community club or association using the RAMP system.

All individuals wishing to coach baseball in Manitoba must:
Be registered through their local association or club.
Meet the required coaching certifications and screening. You can check your current certification status on our Coaching Requirements page.
Before starting your registration, make sure you have the following items ready:
NCCP number (National Coaching Certification Program)
Respect in Sport (RIS) number
Criminal Record Check (CRC) - required for AAA coaches only
Step 1: Check your local association
Find out when registration opens for the upcoming season.
Registration usually opens in February or March, depending on your association.
Step 2: Complete your RAMP registration
Click the registration button below to access your association’s RAMP portal.
Enter your personal information and required certification numbers.
If you encounter any technical issues with RAMP, contact your association for assistance.
Step 3: Upload required documents

Respect in Sport number
Criminal Record Check (AAA coaches only)
Step 4: Confirm your registration
Registration must be complete before coaching any team.
Keep a copy of your confirmation for your records.
