2025 Male Provincial Team Tryout Dates Announced!

Baseball Manitoba is excited to announce the 2025 tryout dates for the following Male Provincial Teams:

• 17U Canada Summer Games Team

• 16U Development Team

• 15U Provincial Team

• 14U Development Team (NEW in 2025)

17U Canada Summer Games Team

ID Camp

• May 3 - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
  Location: Rotary Republic Park, Portage la Prairie

Eligibility: Athletes born in 2008-2009 (Ages 16-17)

Notes:

• Athletes from the 2024 16U Development Team are exempt from attending this ID Camp and will proceed directly to the Selection Camp.

• Athletes born in 2009 who are wanting to tryout for both the 17U and 16U teams will only be charged one registration fee. Please register for the 17U ID Camp and indicate on the registration form which 16U ID Camp you would like to attend.

Cost: $50

16U Development Team

ID Camps

• May 10 - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM*
  Location: Andrews Field, Brandon

• May 18 - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  Location: Optimist Park, Winnipeg

*The Brandon camp on May 10 has been cancelled due to low registration numbers.

Eligibility: Athletes born in 2009 (Age 16)

Note:

• Athletes born in 2009 who are wanting to tryout for both the 17U and 16U teams will only be charged one registration fee. Please register for the 17U ID Camp and indicate on the registration form which 16U ID Camp you would like to attend.

Cost: $50

15U Provincial Team

ID Camps

• May 19 - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Zone 1 Athletes) or 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (Zone 2 Athletes)
  Location: Optimist Park, Winnipeg

• May 24 - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
  Location: Simplot Millennium Park, Brandon

Eligibility: Athletes born in 2010-2011 (Ages 14-15)

Notes:

• The 15U and 14U ID Camps will be run together. For registration purposes, athletes born in 2011 who are wanting to tryout for both teams, should register for the 15U ID Camp. They will be evaluated for both teams.
• Zone 1 includes Bonivital, North Winnipeg, Red River Valley, West Winnipeg, and Winnipeg South athletes.
• Zone 2 includes all other athletes.

Cost: $50

14U Development Team (NEW in 2025)
