Dear Baseball Manitoba Members,

As we approach our semi-annual general meeting scheduled for October 22, 2023, we would like to extend an invitation to each of you to consider taking on a crucial role within our organization.

Baseball Manitoba's success relies on the dedication and involvement of passionate individuals like you. We are currently seeking motivated and committed volunteers to join the Baseball Manitoba Management Committee. This committee plays a vital role in shaping the future of baseball in our province and ensures that our organization continues to thrive.

The Management Committee is responsible for making important decisions, planning events, and overseeing various aspects of our organization, including:

Governance and Strategic Planning
Finance and Budgeting
Event and Tournament Coordination
Youth Development Programs
Marketing and Promotion

We believe that your expertise, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives could greatly benefit our committee. We have various positions open on our Management Committee, and we welcome individuals with diverse skills and experiences. Whether you're a coach, community club volunteer, parent, or simply a baseball lover, your unique perspective can make a significant impact. Positions include:

Vice President - Policy
Vice President - Sport Development
Vice President - Marketing
Vice President - High Performance
Vice President - Facilities

Elections for the Baseball Manitoba Management Committee will take place during our semi-annual general meeting on October 22, 2023.

If you are interested in running for a position or would like to nominate a fellow member, please submit your candidacy or nomination by October 19, 2023, to JB at wpgjnorman@gmail.com. Please include your full name, contact information, and desired position.

Participating in the Management Committee is an excellent opportunity to give back to the baseball community, build valuable skills, and be part of shaping the future of our sport in Manitoba. We encourage you to consider this call for volunteers and help us continue to grow and strengthen Baseball Manitoba.
