Coach of the Month for June 2018

Baseball Manitoba would like to congratulate Guy Patenaude on winning the Winnipeg Goldeyes Coach of the Month for June 2018. Patenaude coaches the Champlain Flames Mosquito A team. 

"Guy is a true asset as leader, manager and coach on his team. In addition to never missing a game Guy’s commitment and love of  game of baseball had him coaching a game or running practice at least 5 days a week as he was also the head coach of the Grand Slam team at his club. In watching Guy coach over the season I can honestly say that his ability to communicate with players what we are going to work on, and then have a drill that holds the attention and develops the player is something that I have not seen in other coaches at this level of ball," said his nominator. 

Congratulations again to the very deserving Coach Guy Patenaude.
