Baseball Manitoba 2021 Return to Play Update:
Baseball Manitoba has released Version 4 of our Return to Play plan. Currently, we will remain in Phase 1 – Training until June 1, 2021. Phase 1 – Training has been adjusted to match up with the current Health Orders.
Return to Play Adjustments:
- Organized baseball activities may proceed in a "group of 5" or less participants. Coaches, players, and Health and Safety Coordinators are included in the "group of 5."
- Spectators are NOT allowed
- Indoor training is NOT allowed
Baseball Manitoba will continue to monitor the Public Health Orders. We are grateful that we are able to continue to offer training for our players. At this time, we remain hopeful that baseball competition will commence this spring and summer.
As always, the health and safety of people in sport, including players, coaches, umpires, spectators, volunteers, and the public, is of the utmost importance to Baseball Manitoba. We kindly remind everyone to follow Manitoba Health's fundamentals in combating COVID-19. We will work diligently to keep it a fun and safe environment for our members and the public.
