• Assigning of supervisors for all AAA provincial tournaments an the AA senior and AA Stars provincials

• Educate the Regional UIC's on their duties
• Act as a liaison between the Regional UIC committee and Manitoba Baseball Umpire Committee

• Maintains website
• Be an information source to the media
• Keep membership abreast of pertinent information
• Composes correspondence on behave of the committee
• Arrange umpires for fundraising

• Maintains continuity on the committee

• Responsible for the level 4 clinic
• Develops material for clinic
• Has input into National Assignments
• Evaluates or designates evaluation of level 4 umpires
