Female Off-Season Program (Winter Training)

Baseball Manitoba is excited to offer a High Performance Development Program for the province’s Top Female Athletes! This off-season training program is designed to enhance and improve the athletic attributes required for baseball. The goal of the program is to develop and identify players for the 2020 Female Provincial Team Season.

Sessions will be twice a month on Sundays from January to April in Southport. Baseball Manitoba Provincial Team coaches will be running the program, which will include: Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Base Running, and Throwing.

  • Coaching: 16U Team Manitoba (2019), Baseball Canada Certified Instructor and Coach Facilitator
  • Playing: Toronto Blue Jays - Single A (1995-97), Winnipeg Goldeyes (1999), Team Manitoba (1993-94)
  • Accomplishments: 6th Round MLB Draft (1995), Team Canada - World Junior Baseball Championships (1994), Baseball Canada POY (1994), Baseball Manitoba POY (1993-94)
