Sport Program Funding

Baseball Manitoba receives funding through Sport Manitoba. A portion of these funds are used as Grant opportunities for local baseball fields. Baseball Manitoba awards 2 - $10,000 Grants annually to the successful applicants.

Checklist of items needed for submission:

  • Personal information about applicant
  • Approval from your association or league
  • Project Description
  • Plan for use of funds
  • Minimum of 3 Letters of Reference
  • Minimum of 1 Quotation of work to be completed

Application Deadline - August 15, 2025

 

Recipients must submit a post event report, with pictures, to Baseball Manitoba within 12 months of receiving the funds. You can find the link to the online form below:

2023 Recipients: Wawanesa and Ste. Agathe

2022 Recipients: Ste. Rose and Red River (Community Centre)

2021 Recipients: Treherne and Rivers

2020 Recipients: No Grants (due to the COVID-19 Pandemic)

2019 Recipients: Grosse Isle and Dauphin

2018 Recipients: Balmoral and Winnipeg South (Charleswood Park)
